デザイナーにとって必需品のPANTONEのカラーチャート。テキスタイルの色出しやマッチングの確認などに多く使用します。

工場での打ち合わせなどにも最適なので普段持ち歩いています。

個人的にはあまり"黒"は着ないので微妙な色の表現をする際には大変重宝します。

僕の服は"配色"への拘りがあるので、コレクションの並びや全体像を把握した上でアイテム毎に落とし込んだときの色のイメージがとても大切だったりします。

ベージュやネイビー、カーキといった色は数十種類もあり、選択によっては見た目が洗練されたり、野暮ったくもなります。

まぁ、難しい話はさておき、春夏の企画もいよいよ大詰めを迎えています。
